REPORTS
Operational
CEO Report
Merkley noted Brookings Health System is in the midst of conducting an employee engagement survey which is used as a tool for staff to anonymously provide feedback on how satisfied they are with the organization’s culture. Once results are received, management will develop action plans to address areas of opportunity. Merkley also noted a contract with DMS Mobile Imaging Services has been executed. DMS will initially be providing mobile PET/CT scans twice per month. Regional oncologists will now be able to order these services locally through Brookings Health System.

CFO Report
Lindemann noted the new accounting manager, Sheryl Pappas, began her duties recently and is doing well. The budget cycle has begun with directors assessing their capital equipment needs for 2019.
