FOR A VARIANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Joshua and Stephanie Bauman made a request for a variance on Lot 2, Block 1, Morningside Addition, also known as 1734 3rd Street. The request is to construct a 1,064 square foot detached accessory building 3 feet from the east lot line. The R-1B District requires a 8 foot side yard setback. The maximum square footage of an accessory building on the lot is 1,000 square feet.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN That said application will be brought on for public hearing before the Board of Adjustment of the City of Brookings at 5:00 o'clock P.M. on Thursday, October 15, 2020, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota.
Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
