NOTICE OF HEARING
FOR A VARIANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Maize Properties Inc. made a request for a variance on Block 1, Maize Addition, also known as 241 34th Avenue. The request is to construct a third access drive onto 34th Avenue. The ordinance limits the number of access drives in a business and industrial district to two for interior lots on an arterial street.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN That said application will be brought on for public hearing before the Board of Adjustment of the City of Brookings at 5:00 o'clock P.M. on Thursday, October 15, 2020, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota.
Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
