Economic Development

The City of Brookings is committed to helping business and industry succeed.  A partnership between the City of Brookings and Brookings Economic Development Corporation provides businesses and industries with quality, accurate, professional services.   These services range from site acquisition to financial assistance.  Development sites are available in the city-owned business and industrial parks.  In addition, the city’s Research and Technology Center provides office and lab space for small emerging companies.
