Fair and reasonable charge for the collection of refuse at each
regular collection time, from each domestic unit shall be $15.00
plus sales tax per month.
A fair and reasonable charge for a second automated cart provided
by the City for the collection of garbage and refuse shall be $3.00
plus sales tax per month.
