The City of Brookings holds an annual Spring Clean Up program for the citizens of Brookings. The clean up is held in April of each year. The time and date of the clean up will be announced prior to the start.

Paint Exchange
The Annual Latex Paint Exchange is held in April, the same weekend the City of Brookings has free dumping at the landfill. The time and date of the Paint Exchange Program will be announced with the Spring Clean information.

Recycling-Landfill
The Brookings Regional Landfill is the recycling location for waste oil, tires, appliances and scrap metal.
