Notice of Hearing on Assessment Roll

Sidewalk Repair Project No. 2020-01SWR City of Brookings, South Dakota

Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for Sidewalk Assessment Project No. 2020-01SWR of the City of Brookings was filed in the office of the City Clerk on the 5^th day of January, 2021, and is thereby open for public inspection. The Brookings City Council will meet in the Chambers, Brookings City & County Government Center, 520 3^rd Street, Brookings, SD on Tuesday, the 26^th day of January, 2021 at 6:00 PM for hearing on the said assessment roll and any objections thereto.

Sidewalk Assessment Project 2020-01SWR consists of the following:  Various sidewalk repair sites throughout the City of Brookings as detailed in the assessment roll on file at the office of the City Clerk.  Cost of sidewalk to be assessed is $3.06 per square foot for removal, $7.31 per square foot for installation of 4” sidewalk and $152.64 for adjusting water curb stops.  Reference is made to the assessment roll for further particulars.
