NOTICE OF HEARING

                                                   UPON PETITION TO REZONE

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that VK Properties submitted a petition to rezone the following described real estate in the City of Brookings and Brookings County, South Dakota:

Aldrichs Addn, W 60’ of E 120’, also known as 1402 6^th St, and

Aldrichs Addn, E 60’, also known as 1404 6^th St

The request is to rezone the above from Business B-2A Office District to Business B-2 District.

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be acted on by the City Planning Commission at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City & County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
