Two copies of a written response to this request for proposal must be submitted to the City of Brookings on or before 5:00 PM, on Monday, September 28, 2020. The City of Brookings will review the submitted proposals and make award of the contract approximately Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Proposals submitted after the above deadline shall be considered late, and will not be opened or considered. Proposals may be mailed or hand delivered in an envelope clearly marked with the following information:

Insurance Requirements:
The selected company, who may have employees, contractors, or agents working on City property shall provide copies of current insurance certificates for workers’ compensation (unless otherwise exempt), commercial general liability with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per each occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate, naming the City as additional insured, with said insurance coverage to include owner/operator coverage. There will be no exceptions to the insurance requirement, the insurance certificate shall be submitted to the City prior to issuance of the contract.
